Important update about the $3.4 billion Indian Trust Settlement

Current or former IIM account holders, owners of land held in trust or restricted status, or their heirs could receive money and must read this update as eligibility for claims will be affected if not submitted by FRIDAY,  MARCH 1, 2013

On December 11, 2012, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia issued an order resetting dates in the Court’s Final Approval Order to the Indian Trust Settlement. You can review a copy of the Order on the website listed below. Pursuant to Paragraph E.4.e.3 of the Settlement Agreement, all individuals who believe that they are entitled to participate in the Settlement as a member of the Trust Administration Class and who are required under the terms of the Settlement Agreement to submit a Claim Form shall do so by mailing a properly completed and signed Claim Form to the Claims Administrator postmarked no later than FRIDAY, MARCH 1, 2013.
